HallBros assigned to carry out maintenance work for Wates Construction.

Phase 1: Cattle Through

To remove soil to a depth of approximately 200mm surrounding the trough and dispose arisings, radius of excavated area 3m (diameter 6m). Lay geotextile fabric to excavated area. Fill excavated area with MOT type1 granite and compact. Ensure gravel is laid slightly higher near the trough and graded back to a slightly lower level towards the perimeter to allow water to drain away from the trough ensure gravel is flush with surrounding soft landscape compacted gravel in proximity of the trough should be approximately 1 inch lower than the bottom trough, grade soil back if issues with leaves at the perimeter conflict. Discuss as prior undertaking the work. 

Phase 2: Water Fountain

To carry out excavation around the water fountain 7.35 dia, dispose of all waste from site, install geo-tek, then install ever edge round the perimeter, then install 100mm mot type stone and compact with whacker, then install self-binda gravel as a 50mm topping, Allow a fall away from the monument and whack to new line and level, then make good the soft landscape top soil and seed. Install new soak away water to water fountain.

All good practice guidelines regarding housekeeping in the workplace will be observed.
