March Station - Car Park Repairs and Restorations
Five areas of the March Station Car Park were identified as in need of repair:
Area 1 – Our team broke and plained out an area of approximately 250m sq. of badly damaged tarmac surface to two ‘No Parking’ areas nearest the main road. As part of this work, we regulated the base, tack coated the area and sealed the edges, followed by laying a new 10mm wearing course to the existing line and level.
Area 2 – Our team plained out damaged surface where the road narrows to the rear of the car park (area of 12.5m x 8.5m)
Area 3 – Our team plained out two sections of damaged surface in the taxi rank (areas of 6.5m x 2m and 3m x 2m respectively)
Area 4 – Our team plained out two sections of damaged surface in the car park (areas of 13m sq. and 14.5m sq. respectively)
Area 5 – Our team plained out damaged surface outside the house (area of 16m x 1.5m)
